Finding tools or strategies that will help a company grow is of interest to just about every business owner and operator. We're all on the lookout for the newest approach, for that proverbial magic pill that will give us a leg up on the competition.
How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? - is the only thing that business operators need to know from their customers. The result, marketed as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), has received a lot of attention in recent months.
The premise of NPS is simplicity itself. Responses to the likelihood to recommend question are solicited on a 0-10 scale, with 0 meaning the least likely to recommend and 10 meaning the most likely to recommend.
Here is a surprise for you - a small business can get as many recommendations from detractors as it can from promoters! Why is this? Simply put, promoters have a positive energy toward you, detractors a negative energy. Both of these energies are lively and active, and therefore more open to change. You have a fantastic opportunity to change detractors into promoters - in fact, they can become the strongest promoters you have! The customers who are not likely to change are the passives.
How can you measure your NPS? You need to be talking to your customers, or emailing them asking them to complete a brief online survey that takes a minute. Beware of offering incentives; just tell them that you want to constantly improve the service you give them. Most people are happy to work with that.
Focus Arrow provides insight into understanding your customer. By leveraging our business intelligence software and Net Promoter Score, you can work to build strong relationships with your clients in order to help guide your success.

Why is search engine optimization (SEO) so important? SEO is important because this will make your website relevant to your keywords during the search engine ranking process and will lead to improved search engine ranking. This is the reason why some businesses hire an SEO company to do this task.
Let's start first with keyword research. Why is keyword research important? The keyword research helps us to find the keywords that connect us with our targeted audience. They are the words that we want to use on our website in a variety of ways to build relevancy on our webpage so when search engines find our website and view / crawl our pages, they will then index us for those keywords. Once that happens, then when those keywords are typed into the search engine by potential customers, the search engine will then display our site in the search results, which is how they tie us to our targeted audience.
Search engine optimization can be referred to as the addition and modification of all variables and extended variables of a web site in hopes of achieving a better position in the search engines. By variables I mean components of a website such as META tags and content. By extended variable I mean things such as links from other sites.
Search engine optimization does not only deal with your site it also deals with the relationship other sites have with yours and yours with theirs. Keep this in mind when utilizing your link building strategies.
There are many ways to do this you will have to find the best method for you. You will need to monitor your search engine ranking for the keywords you are targeting after each update. Changes should be recorded and used as references to monitor progress and for strategy adjustments.
SEO is very important to search engine marketing. When it is done properly, it helps you attract many targeted visitors to your website, and can improve your business results.

It is a small village with Milford Sound Lodge, Blue Duck Bar & Cafe, Milford Sound Wharf, airport and private accommodation for local workers and track walkers. There is petrol available in Milford but you will need a credit card with pin number.
This is an intimate experience with numbers capped at 75, and on-board Nature Guides offering personal attention. Our smaller boat explores small nooks and crannies along the edge of the fiord, nudging into sheer rock faces to examine flora and fauna in detail for 2hr 15min.
This `ecotour` is perfect for close-up shots of seals, birds and other wildlife, including dolphins `riding` the bow wave and the rarest penguin in the world, the Fiordland crested penguin.
The smaller boat helps you appreciate the sheer size and grandeur of the fiord`s cliff faces rising hundreds of metres out of the water, scarred here and there by tree falls. You`ll get within touching distance of impressive geological features and close enough to catch and drink pure glacial water, or feel the full force from the powerful 15,000-year-old Stirling Falls (we`ve got jackets to keep you dry!).
Join the skipper on the bridge for a birds-eye view and see first-hand how the boat operates. Help yourself to free tea and coffee - delicious lunch options available on board.
